1. Scope of Training Services
VV Vision Solutions provides professional skills training in technical disciplines including Workday HCM, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, and Data Analytics. Training is delivered via classroom instruction in Hyderabad and live online sessions.
2. Realistic Career Positioning & No Unverified Guarantees
The Institute provides high-quality practical curriculum, lab exercises, scenario guidance, and interview readiness mentorship. We do NOT offer artificial guarantees such as "100% Guaranteed Placement" or "Guaranteed Starting Salary". Career outcomes rely on individual effort, diligence, market requirements, and student technical demonstration during external employer evaluations.
3. Lab Infrastructure & Sandbox Access
Students granted access to training environments, virtual machines, cloud instances, or tenant sandboxes must use such resources strictly for educational assignments. Any attempt to abuse network resources, run unauthorized penetration testing outside authorized ranges, or distribute credentials will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
4. Intellectual Property of Curriculum Materials
All course materials, presentation decks, scenario documents, and exercises provided by VV Vision Solutions remain the intellectual property of the Institute. Unauthorized reproduction, public distribution, or commercial re-hosting is prohibited.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal inquiries arising from training services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
